MEET THE FOUNDER
I'm Kathryn McAuley, founder of Bienestar PR, a specialist PR/publicity agency for modern wellness experts and brands. With 25 years of experience across fitness, health, wellbeing, skincare, lifestyle, and wellness brands, I offer personalised, boutique PR services, working closely with brand founders and experts to help them shine in their fields and emerge as industry leaders.
The idea for Bienestar (Spanish for wellbeing) came about whilst I was on a yoga retreat in Ibiza. I realised that there are many experts in the wellness and fitness industries whose passion, knowledge and experience deserves to be celebrated, seen and embraced.
My approach is hands-on and adaptable, working closely with clients spanning business owners, highly qualified wellness entrepreneurs, and authentic industry experts. I’m dedicated to delivering PR that emphasises my clients' dedication to self betterment and health optimisation, enables them to stand out, and that both engages and educates their audience.
From global shapeshifters like Lagree to dynamic homegrown startups such as Moxie, my extensive experience allows me to confidently meet my clients' diverse needs and create meaningful results.
My mission is to connect brands to their target community through positive media messaging and targeted opportunities, whether working with coaches, fitness experts, studios, or workout programs. I’m passionate about the wellness space, and my work is always driven by authenticity and a genuine connection to the industry. Running, yoga, barre, strength and regular saunas are just a few of my regular non-negotiables.
Based in London, my experience is global. I've worked with clients in the U.K., USA and still maintain strong connections with Ibiza - where it all began.
